I contracted the services of Luiza Miller at a time when I was desperate and hopeless. My husband was in Romania and it did not appear to be any chance for him to come back. The American Consulate in Bucharest did not want to let my husband come back to me and to our son, in Florida.

My husband needed an I-601 waiver to return to US. We contacted a few attorneys to see if there was anything they could do for us. Everybody told us that there was a very slim chance my husband would be able to return because the Consulate in Vienna where the waiver was going to be processed was the toughest and it was almost impossible to obtain an approval. We contacted Ms.Miller and told her our situation. She prepared a very detailed waiver package for us and we sent it to the Consulate. To our greatest joy, the waiver was approved in 3 months and my husband is now with me and our son in the US.
